Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager drives integrated marketing programs that strengthen Adeia’s brand, market presence, and business objectives. This role leads initiatives across digital marketing, events, CRM, website management, social media, and content strategy while helping shape brand positioning, marketing priorities, and performance measurement. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the role partners cross-functionally to enhance business impact and support strategic marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities Help define Adeia’s brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach across target industries. Establish marketing priorities across events, digital marketing, website, content, social media, and CRM programs. Develop marketing performance metrics, benchmarks, and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions. Support major marketing planning activities and external-facing marketing initiatives. Cross-Functional Marketing Leadership Lead major cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business priorities and organizational objectives. Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and resources across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Brand, Events & Digital Marketing Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns from concept through post-event analysis. Manage the company website, social media presence, and digital marketing activities. Own the editorial calendar and coordinate content planning across marketing channels. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and external-facing initiatives. CRM, Marketing Operations & Analytics Own and manage HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, segmentation, workflows, and list hygiene. Build and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and reporting frameworks. Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, processes, and tools. Strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives Brand positioning, messaging development, and go-to-market planning Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across multiple teams Marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision making Digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation expertise Project and program management across multiple concurrent initiatives Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills Results orientation with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership supporting integrated marketing programs and cross-functional initiatives Proven success in developing brand positioning, messaging, and multi-channel marketing strategies Strong background in marketing automation, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), analytics, and performance measurement Demonstrated success in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years supporting technology-focused businesses; semiconductor, media, or IP licensing experience preferred Proficiency with Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and project management tools such as Asana Success operating in lean, agile, and fast-paced environments Location: This is a 1099 contract-to-hire hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. Candidates must be located in the Bay Area and available to work in-office on Tuesdays. Additional in-office days may be required as business needs require.
