We're hiring on behalf of a growing IT services provider based in Dallas, serving a wide range of SMB clients. They're looking for a level 1 Engineer to provide external support to customers and troubleshoot incoming issues to the point of resolution or escalation.
This is the opportunity to join a fast paced MSP where you can be guided and moulded in to a great MSP engineer.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide remote support for end users with the opportunity to go onsite
- Troubleshoot O365, Windows Server, Active Directory Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online
- Networking troubleshooting
- Printer, desktop, troubleshooting
- 1+ years of IT support experience
- Hands-on experience and knowledge with Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Exposure to Microsoft cloud products, M365, Teams, SharePoint etc.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts + a proactive, growth-driven mindset
