Facilities Manager - Custodial & Boiler Operations

Oakland Human Resources Consortium seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to plan and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring safety and compliance with the district program. The role includes supervising custodians, scheduling, and evaluating performance. Candidates should have basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, boiler license, computer literacy, and familiarity with energy management systems, plus the ability to organize schedules and train staff.
