Seasonal Banquet Server | Gold Mountain Golf ClubSeasonal Position expected to end on or around December 31st, 2026.The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service for events hosted at Gold Mountain, including weddings, tournaments, corporate outings, member events, and private functions. This role ensures guests receive professional, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining the high standards of our premier golf property. We have fun, grow together, and strive to leave a positive lasting impression on everyone we meet.What Success Looks LikeSet up banquet rooms, outdoor event spaces, and dining areas according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, décor, buffets, bars).Serve plated meals, buffet stations, hors d'oeuvres, and beverages in a timely and professional manner.Provide attentive guest service, responding promptly to requests and special dietary needs.Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events.Assist with event breakdown, including clearing tables, storing equipment, and resetting rooms.Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and event coordinators to ensure seamless service.Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.What you BringPrevious experience as server in a similar restaurant or event space environmentWorking knowledge of event service proceduresWorking knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulationsNecessary County Food Handler's Permit and State Alcohol Serving PermitMust have a fairly flexible schedule and be able to work A.M. or P.M. shifts including weekends & holidays. Open availability is preferred.18+ years of ageAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Don't meet every single requirement?
