Job Title: CNA – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Ellendale, ND
Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 Hours Weekly
Shift: Variable Days – 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation:

• Traveler Pay: $24–$26/hr ($828 – $897/week) based on experience
• Local Pay: $21–$23/hr ($724 – $793/week) based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Long Term Care (LTC) experience to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning to help prevent pressure injuries
• Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations
• Assist residents with feeding, hydration, and monitoring dietary intake
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain infection control standards, including proper PPE usage and hand hygiene
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and patient care needs
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications:

• Active North Dakota CNA License
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTC environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
