Hybrid Program Manager, Parent Engagement & Community Partnerships

LIFT

LIFT in Chicago is seeking a Program Manager, Parent Engagement, to lead parent and community engagement initiatives. You will recruit parents, liaise with community partners, and develop events to build social capital while ensuring accurate program data for strategic decision‑making. The role emphasizes local policy advocacy, regional partner relationships, and coordination with the National Program Team to improve member outcomes.
