LPN/ Nurse Manager $30-36.75 7pm-7am (Part Time)

Position: Wellness Nurse Manager Position Type: Part‑time Location: Nixa, MO Starting wage: $30 per hour Shift Schedule: Wednesday 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Come join our team at Castlewood located at 1538 N. Responsibilities Act as a Superior Supervisor: in the absence of department heads, oversee the building, assist and lead the Wellness team and other departments to provide quick, reliable, person‑centered care. Be a Force on the Floor: set a good example, be available to help with call lights and requests for assistance, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts residents’ needs first. Be a Diligent Documenter: complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently and file them correctly. Be a Compassionate Caregiver: embody the core values of Arrow, ensure every interaction with a resident is professional, caring and leaves them feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment. Provide direct, hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes as needed. Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law. Knowledge of requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents. Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents is preferred, but not required. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred, but not required. Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Must be active: role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day. Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
