POSITION: Human Resources Specialist12 Month Full-time Position
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for assisting with all human resources functions including employment, benefits, employee relations, workers' compensation, employee recognition, record keeping and training and development for the College.
Position Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Three to five years of related experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Needs to be detail oriented, organized, have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi task.
SALARY: $42,400- 57,000/yr based on education and experience. Excellent benefit package available.
STARTING DATE: Negotiable.
Official college transcripts will be required upon employment. Successful candidate will be subject to a background check.

Allen Community College provides quality higher education and workforce development through onsite and online learning to approximately 4,000 students each academic year.
