Endoscopy Staff RN w/call

Job Description Summary This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. Responsibilities and Duties Assessment and Diagnosis - Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%). Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems to achieve appropriate patient outcomes (30%). Implementation and Evaluation - Evaluate and document response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at determined intervals; revise the plan of care based on evaluative data (20%). Leadership - Participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%). Operations - Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties (10%).
