CNC Machine Operator
CNC Machine Operator Location: Moscow, IA Shift: 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay Starting: $16.00/hr. Hiring Immediately! Come build your skills as a CNC Machine Operator! Join our team in Wilton, IA, and operate and monitor CNC machines, set up and produce precise steel parts, and help ensure high-quality products in a safety-focused environment.
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce steel parts according to specifications
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools (Dial calipers)
- Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements
Position Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to make minor machine adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
