Allstate is expanding its virtual sales team and seeks a full-time Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment. You will engage with active shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and more, uncover coverage needs, and tailor Allstate products. No cold calling; you convert warm leads and deliver a customer-first experience. This role offers base pay of $18 per hour and total compensation from $52,730 to $76,480 per year with uncapped incentives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
