Overview
Registered Nurse - Stepdown travel assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,026 to $2,131. Shift is 36 hours per week, nights. Work setting is a Short-Term Acute Care Hospital with an inpatient stepdown unit, caring for adult-geriatric patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult-geriatric patients on a stepdown unit, coordinating with the care team and family as needed
- Monitor patient status, including hemodynamics and neurological checks, and titrate cardiac drips per protocol
- Administer medications and IV therapies; reassess patient responses and adjust plans of care accordingly
- Document care and outcomes in the Epic electronic medical record; communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team
- Support patient and family education, including discharge planning and dementia care considerations
- Maintain infection control, safety standards, and professional nursing practice in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license; must be uploaded with profile
- NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency license/Registration certificate required upfront
- BLS (AHA) certification; ACLS (AHA) certification required
- 2+ years of Med-Surg experience; cardiac drip experience required; dementia care/management experience required
- NIHSS strongly preferred; EPIC experience required
- Ability to work on a stepdown unit and manage adult-geriatric populations
- Must have own vehicle; local travelers within 50 miles will not be considered
- Profile must include permanent address; scheduling requests must be included at submission; block scheduling not permitted
- RTO requests up to 5 days are acceptable; Halloween (Oct 31) RTO not approved
