Responsibilities Actively support client‑facing teams by contributing to work focused on Human Resources strategy, Human Resources shared services, business case development, Human Resource budget analysis and technology implementations Assist organizations in the evaluation and preparation of HR transformations including business case development, economic and financial analysis, process reengineering, AI analysis, shared services implementation and HR information systems analysis Proactively leverage KPMG methodologies, tools, technology and techniques to develop deliverables and execute approaches that simplify, redesign, or innovate existing processes and drive efficiencies Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices and proactively identify opportunities for business development and sales initiatives by developing formal responses to prospective clients seeking advice on their workforce challenges Demonstrate strong client‑facing skills and adaptability, whether interacting with clients directly at their client site, in the office, or virtually, as required by the demands of the business Operate with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMGs respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, HR Leadership & Operations, Information Systems, Information Management, Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Economics, or Global Studies Security and Justice related degree from an accredited college or university Must have current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above Applicant must be eligible for or possess a U.S. Government Security clearance Strong in technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility skills; demonstrated ability to excel and drive strategic outcomes, coupled with a professional demeanor and a collaborative leadership approach, in a dynamic, evolving environment Ability to leverage common business technologies, including MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG tools and applications used by our clients Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills, with the ability to apply professional judgment and skepticism, manage priorities across multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work in a professional services capacity Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
