Marketing Specialist

Job Description Work with management to establish marketing goals, target market share, and profitability of products and/or services for each business line. Develop and execute short-range and long-range marketing plans and programs to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of the Bank’s products and/or services. Conduct research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors which may be used to capitalize on market opportunities and/or minimize the effects of competitive activity. Conduct marketing and customer surveys to evaluate customer acceptance and satisfaction levels for current and/or proposed products/services. Identify and create potentially feasible new products to serve target markets, generate market share growth, and/or to ensure ETB's product offerings are competitive. For each potential new product, identify and define opportunities, business cases, success criteria, business requirements, applicable risks, and project implementation/staffing plans. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, impacted departments, vendors, and key business unit managers to ensure adoption of new bank products and services. Responsible for product performance before transitioning to managing units. Evaluate market reactions to promotional programs to ensure timely adjustments of marketing strategies in response to market and competitive changes. Analyze and prepare marketing activity reports reflecting the effectiveness of marketing programs. Plan and oversee the organization’s advertising and promotional activities across traditional media (newspapers, radio, TV), internet channels (social media, blogs, YouTube), and direct mail. Design promotional campaigns, including posters, flyers, and gift items; update bank brochures. Manage external agencies for copywriting, design, and production of promotional materials. Coordinate media contracts and ad buys. Track promotional activities bank-wide and report to the ALCO/Pricing Committee. Develop and recommend pricing strategies to achieve market share, growth, and profitability goals. Respond to industry and economic trends, ensure effective controls of marketing results, and initiate corrective actions within budgets. Work with the Bank’s Compliance/CRA Officer to ensure all products and marketing materials comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as Reg DD, UDAP/UDAAP, and Fair Lending. Assist in planning bank-wide employee events and celebrations, including holiday parties, grand openings, and other functions. Manage and maintain the content of the Bank’s website, intranet, and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, relevant, and compliant. Manage internal and external communication programs, including newsletters, announcements, and press releases. Required Skills and Qualifications College degree preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of five years of experience in operations and/or lending areas of a commercial bank or credit union. Excellent communication skills, well-organized, with strong computer skills. Ability to synthesize business information, think strategically, work proactively, and collaborate across teams. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr EverTrust Bank
