As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) , you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive, patient-focused medical care to adult patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and managing a range of acute and chronic conditions, while also prioritizing disease prevention, health education, and long-term wellness. • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health issues.
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Emphasize preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Prescribe and oversee appropriate medications and therapies.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
• Stay updated with medical research and pursue continuing education.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
