Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active North Dakota PTA license required to start the assignment. Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility, long term care, or inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to follow PT treatment plans and document patient progress in electronic medical records preferred. Previous experience working with geriatric populations preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Days: Days. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Clinician will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and may be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
