Life Sciences Transactions Associate
Sidley Austin LLP
Overview Experience should include life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, including cross-border matters. Experience should also include life sciences commercial agreements, such as supply and manufacturing, master services, research, and clinical trial agreements. Candidates should have experience providing IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets deals. A preference exists for candidates with an undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience.
