Reentry Case Manager: Community Support & Recovery
Center for Human Development
The Center for Human Development in Greenfield is hiring a Case Manager to provide outreach support for individuals re-entering the community and those involved with the justice system. Responsibilities include linking clients to community resources, delivering mobile services in various settings, and providing crisis support. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, be able to support clients with psychiatric or substance use disorders, and possess knowledge of trauma-informed care.
