Electronics Technician

TSC's is seeking an Electronics Technician located in Huntsville, AL to support our production division.

Responsibilities:

• Build and/or troubleshoot electronic assemblies, test station, wiring harness for R&D or Production needs to support product reliability, throughput or debug, while diagnosing and resolving issues in both RF and digital systems.
• Log and collect test data, collaborating with peers to identify trends and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements and communicate proactively with management and team members to align on goals and improve throughput.
• Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems to ensure accuracy and repeatability, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Remain adaptable in a dynamic manufacturing environment, responding effectively to shifting priorities and production demands.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics and at least 1 year of production and/or assembly experience or a bachelor's degree in engineering
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of electrical tools and equipment; crimpers, dies, multimeter, presses, connectors, contacts, wire gauges/types, soldering, etc.
• Ability to assemble cables and wiring harness for test or debug units or test racks
• Ability to solder, rework, and repair according to IPC Standards
