Change Management Specialist

The role is responsible for supporting organizational change management activities across large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on driving stakeholder adoption and readiness. The position involves executing change strategies, developing communication and engagement plans, conducting readiness assessments, tracking adoption metrics, and coordinating site-level change activities. Responsibilities also include facilitating workshops, creating training and communication materials, and supporting change networks across cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in change management, communications, or consulting, along with experience supporting enterprise transformation programs. Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills are required. Experience in regulated industries, digital transformation, and implementing change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter’s framework is preferred. Familiarity with Veeva implementations, transitions from paper-based to electronic systems, and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, Canva, Articulate, and Adobe Captivate is highly desirable.
