Accountant

What You'll Do: Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance Support technical accounting areas such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, and purchase accounting Partner with FP&A and operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Assist with audits, tax filings, lender reporting, and private equity reporting requirements Support acquisition integrations and accounting for newly acquired entities Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to leadership Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance system efficiencies Perform daily cash management and oversee multiple bank accounts What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience Public accounting experience highly preferredExperience in a private equity-backed environment Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP systems Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Index Match Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their impact, work alongside senior leadership, and join an organization experiencing significant growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
