About the Position

Job Title: Program Manager III Profession: Client Child Health (MCH) Specialty: Labor & Delivery (LD) - Critical Need Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Experience: 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last three years. Five years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery preferred. One year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years preferred. License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: Basic Life Support. Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Must-Have: License & Certifications: ACLS. Description: The Program Manager III is responsible for overseeing and managing maternal child health programs. This role focuses on labor and delivery excellence and high-risk obstetrics. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. Experience in high-risk OB is highly preferred. This position involves ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols. The role requires collaboration with various healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
