Sharp HealthCare is offering a Nurse Residency program at Chula Vista starting in November 2026. Nurses must graduate from a U.S. state-approved program, hold a California RN license, and have limited RN experience by the program start date. BLS is required, with possible ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on unit needs. Compensation is set by the collective bargaining agreement.
