Real Estate Accountant - Property & Tenant Billing

Genuine Search Group

Genuine Search Group client seeks a detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant to support financial operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. This role focuses on property-level accounting, tenant billing, AP/AR, cash activity, and reconciliations, working with Property Management and the Controller. In-office presence in Newark, NJ is required four days per week. Responsibilities include maintaining Yardi records, processing invoices and receipts, preparing #J-18808-Ljbffr Genuine Search Group
