IT Project Manager

focused on delivery governance, stakeholder and team management, and overall project execution. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, risk management, budget oversight, and ensuring any relevant vendors meet contractual obligations and delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, such as standing up and configuration of end user portal software
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Perform budgeting tasks such as cost-benefit analysis and track actuals against the CBA
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors
• Hold vendors accountable to SLAs and milestones
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Provide regular project status and executive updates with precision and polish

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong IT project management track record with emphasis on successful delivery
• Solid vendor management and project governance background
  • Expertise managing budgets and tracking project spend within CBA framework is vital
• Experience managing and delivering projects using Agile SAFe methodology
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be capable in executive level presentations
• Prior experience managing portal "stand up" and "sunset" projects is preferred
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
