What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving efficiently. You'll work alongside a teammate in a fast-paced environment, handling finished products as they move through automated packaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Package and palletize finished paper rolls
• Apply protective plastic wrapping to products as they come off the production line
• Monitor products moving through automated packaging systems
• Work closely with a partner to maintain production goals
• Keep your workstation organized and safe
• Follow quality and safety standards throughout the shift

• Ability to stand and stay active throughout 10-12 hour shifts
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting
• Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM

Night Shift

• Monday - Wednesday
• 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
