This dynamic and collegial practice is actively seeking a talented and motivated oral surgeon to join their growing surgical team, rotating between two well-established office locations in Blacksburg and Radford .

Location: Rotation between Blacksburg and Radford offices, serving a diverse and loyal referral base across the New River Valley.

• Full-Scope Anesthesia Services

The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art surgical suites, CBCT imaging, robotic technology, and experienced clinical staff. All materials, instruments, and lab services are provided to support optimal clinical outcomes and efficiency.

• Performance-Based Earnings Model: Competitive, tiered collections structure income grows as your practice grows.

• First-Year Income Guarantee: $33,333/month minimum or tiered collections (whichever is greater) to ensure financial stability while building your caseload.

• Student Loan Support: $2,000/month for the first year to assist with education-related debt.

• Continuing Education: $2,500/year CE stipend for travel, training, and certifications.
