Quality Assurance Testing Analyst (Remote)

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Were seeking strong experience in manual quality assurance and application testing.
• You should have experience conducting end-to-end tests across front-end and back-end systems and developing, documenting, and executing test cases.
• You should have experience with Deluxe TRIPS or relevant banking experience in deposit operations, item processing, or exceptions processing.
• Youll need strong data-validation skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies across systems.
• You should have working knowledge of SQL for basic data validation and analysis, and be able to review JSON files and perform basic lookups or comparisons.
• Were looking for strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify underlying causes.
• Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Deluxe TRIPS Exception Manager, experience using qTest to create, manage, or execute test cases, broader banking or financial services technology experience, and experience creating test diagrams or documenting end-to-end system or data flows.

• Youll validate that data moves accurately between systems and reaches the appropriate downstream destinations.
• Youll develop, document, and execute test cases for the system transition.
• Youll work with business stakeholders and a platform subject-matter expert to understand workflows, expected results, and potential impacts.
• Youll review JSON files, perform data comparisons and basic lookups, and write and run basic SQL queries to support validation and troubleshooting.
• Youll identify, investigate, and document defects and unexpected system behavior.
• Youll create test diagrams and supporting documentation as needed.
• Youll help us verify that system changes do not adversely affect existing deposit-related business processes.

Were recruiting for a 100% remote Senior Quality Assurance Testing Analyst role supporting a large financial services clients transition between platforms in its deposit operations environment. This is a hands-on, predominantly manual testing position focused on end-to-end application and data validation.
