Proactively prospect and engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
Meet & Exceed Targets:
Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals by utilizing effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
Build Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Lead Generation:
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts.
Collaborate Effectively:
Work closely with team members to share insights, refine sales strategies, and contribute to overall agency success.
Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the best possible insurance solutions.
Commit to Development:

Must hold or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance licenses, with full training provided.
