Pay Rate: $18.00 -$20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st - Mon-Fri 5:30A-3:45P or 2nd - Mon-Fri- 4:30pm-12:45am, Occasionally Saturday

The Requirement Checklist

• High school diploma or GED
• Electrical, manufacturing, or assembly experience required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Able to lift 30-40 lbs.

How You'll Make an Impact - Job Duties

• Assemble electrical and electronic components using work instructions, schematics, blueprints and drawings
• Perform basic wiring, soldering, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly (training provided)
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
• Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
