Job Description
Lexington Women's Health, an Axia Women's Health care center, is hiring a full-time, full-scope Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).


About Us:
• Provider Team: 4 OB/GYN Physicians, 2 GYN Physicians, 5 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Certified Nurse Midwives, & Growing!
• Office Locations: Lexington & Nicholasville, Kentucky
• Hospital Affiliation: Baptist Health Lexington
• CNMs take first Call

Qualifications:
• Kentucky APRN:CNM license & DEA.
• Full-Scope CNM experience required.

Pay or shift range: $90,000 USD to $130,000 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
