Position Overview The Girls North Club Director plays a critical role to further drive the development and growth of the Club athletes and is responsible for retaining the current programming, travel teams, and growing the club's youth base. Position Summary Team ONE Lacrosse is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly organized Assistant North Girls director to lead the on-field development of the girl's Borth club lacrosse program, consisting of 8-14 teams, focused on grades 1-12. The Assistant Director will be responsible for supporting the North directors in all aspects of program planning and execution across all seasons, including coach oversight, curriculum development, team management, family engagement, and logistical operations. The role is pivotal in delivering a nationally competitive experience that prioritizes athlete development, character, club culture, and college preparedness. Key Responsibilities Coach and oversee the creation and execution of team training, supplemental programs, and club growth Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks and communications associated with the North Programs On field responsibilities: involved with coaching and overseeing all North Teams development, pushing pace of play and competitive level, and lead the management of coaching staff Responsible for coaching, managing and executing Team ONE North tournaments/events (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) Manage and field all client inquires, concerns, requests, and questions, facilitate seasonal CRM check-ins and relationship building opportunities, organize and lead the creation of practice planning, player development plans, designing and implementing innovative lacrosse curriculums across the entire Girls Club Assist in coaches' education development and implementation Build and maintain relationships with student athletes, families, and local communities Responsible for the Girls Spring Programming and assistance with Community teams, in addition to the Fall, Winter, Summer traditional travel team schedule Responsible for the sales and marketing of Wildcat programming and extra programs Assist in building strong lacrosse network to further establish programming and college recruiting Work and collaborate with the Team ONE Girls leadership to maintain consistency in curriculum, development, and experience across all regions and levels of the Club Oversee on-field planning and youth athlete development across year-round Club programming Lead the execution of four competitive seasons: Fall (10 weeks), Winter (8 weeks), Spring (8 weeks), Summer (7 weeks) Organize development progression and align for practices per week, ensuring developmental excellence, consistency, and quality Manage teams at competitive events in both Fall and Summer Assist with youth development in Extra Programs to strengthen our player pathway and youth base General Director Field expectations- 4x per week- 3 weekdays; 1 weekend day- seasonal variability based on final club & team practice schedules and programming Coaching & Staff Oversight Assist the North director in management of part-time staff, assistant, and head coaches Ensure coaching quality consistency and standards Ensure alignment with Team ONE's values, training standards, and communication expectations Conduct ongoing evaluations and provide support for coach development and retention Curriculum & Practice Planning Contribute to the innovate and implement a comprehensive lacrosse curriculum for all age groups and skill levels Work with directors to design practice plans that build individual skills, team concepts, and game strategy progressionally throughout the year Incorporate performance feedback, analytics, and evolving best practices into training Coordinate seasonal training progression to be in alignment with event schedules and year-round vision Team & Roster Management Conduct player evaluations and assessments with clear communication to families Monitor athlete progress and ensure competitive balance across teams Family Communication & Relationship Building Support North directors in their conversations on athlete development and relationship management of families Assist North directors in regular updates, season kickoff meetings, and individual player discussions Help North directors provide guidance to families on athlete development Build, foster, and strengthen relationships with players and families through Customer Relationship Management plan (CRM) Event & Season Logistics Coordinate with North staff on all event planning and selection decisions, division placement, and overall vision of player and family experience as it relates to event preparedness Execute season timelines, including tryouts, scheduling, apparel distribution, and wrap-up events Requirements Previous coaching experience at the club and/or college level, preferably in a leadership position Lacrosse experience ideally as both an athlete and a coach Demonstrated organizational, managerial, communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work late afternoons/evenings and weekend hours Must pass a criminal background check, possess a valid driver's license, and have adequate transportation Must be eligible to work in the U.S 3STEP Sports Benefits Includes Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA accounts, life insurance, paid holidays, and a generous PTO plan, as well as other elective insurance options 401K retirement savings plan with company match Paid Parental Leave We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr 3STEP Sports
