• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00, Thursday-Saturday) with flexibility to work across a 0630-2300 window
• Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• Licensure/Certs: BLS required, 5+ years CST experience, 2+ years in cardiac & vascular, 1+ year CVOR experience, Level I trauma experience preferred
• Experience: Surgical Tech with cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and Level I trauma background

What You'll Do:

• Assist with cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries in a Level I Trauma setting
• Maintain aseptic procedures and proper instrument reprocessing
• Prepare and scrub for procedures like CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacements, etc.
• Document procedures accurately using electronic charting systems (EPIC)
• Support cardiac and vascular protocols, including use of crash carts and equipment
• Circulate and scrub in various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency

What You Need:

• Valid CST license with required certifications (BLS at minimum)
• 5+ years of CST experience, with at least 2 years in cardiac and vascular specialties
• 1+ year CVOR experience in a busy facility
• Experience with thoracic, vascular, and cardiovascular procedures
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and be flexible as needed
