Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the retail team in their assigned territory. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Regional Director and account team, in the successful execution of business plans and strategic alignment in their assigned geographic territory. The Regional Sales Managers will define and deliver on account needs, ensuring top-notch customer service and schedule compliance. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the grocery industry with three years in a supervisory or management role within industry.
• Working knowledge of and literacy in computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed, including out of town on business, food shows, and table tops.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including some weekends.
