We are hiring: QA/QC Supervisor | Construction and Energy Projects

Are you an experienced quality professional with a strong background in construction or energy projects?

At Basis North America , we are looking for a QA/QC Supervisor to support quality control, inspections, and compliance activities across construction and energy project environments.

This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional with proven experience implementing inspection processes, overseeing quality documentation, and managing corrective actions in owner side or EPC support roles.

What we are looking for:

Quality Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control and inspection for construction or energy projects.

Inspection Expertise: Demonstrated experience implementing and overseeing Inspection and Test Plans, also known as ITPs.

Multidiscipline Inspection Background: Experience with civil, structural, and electrical inspections.

NCR Management: Proven experience managing NCR processes and corrective action management.

Project Environment: Experience performing QA/QC functions in an independent owner side or EPC support role.
