Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) is being sought in Reno, Nevada. The position involves providing comprehensive patient care within the nursing process framework for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Candidates are required to bring their Nevada Registered Nurse license on the first day. This role demands a high level of clinical judgment, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: Reno, NV
• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Days, Minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Nevada Registered Nurse license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), at least 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience, and ability to pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips.
• Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. Will be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours in advance for low census, per 13-week contract. The schedule varies based on departmental needs and may include weekends, holidays, and call shifts.
