Employment Solutions is currently seeking a dependable Office clerk to assist a busy insurance company located in Springfield, Ohio area. Ideal candidate will be organized, and team oriented.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Job Title: Office Clerical

Responsibilities:

• Follow standard procedural guidelines to complete assigned tasks
• Log and process checks accurately and efficiently
• Place outbound calls to insurance carriers and receive inbound calls
• Work daily operational reports
• Communicate with clients and internal teams as needed
• Research items received through reports, tasks, correspondence, and checks
• Provide assistance and backup support to meet client requirements and SLAs
• Complete additional duties and special projects based on business needs

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured procedures
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn proprietary systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
