Batcher IIThe Batcher II is responsible for preparing and mixing appropriate ingredients required to produce finished syrup for KDP's line of beverages while maintaining KDP's high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in complying with and understanding the manufacturing processes to lead in the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.Shift and Schedule: This is a full time position working 12 hour shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm on a 2-2-3 rotation. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.Position Responsibilities:Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors alwaysUnderstand and help drive improvements to quality systems and policiesCollaborate with production team members to maintain continuous flow of syrup to the linesMix and blend ingredients to create various batchesLearn to safely and efficiently operate batching equipment including set up, operation, and sanitizationEnsure food safety through quality checks and accurate record keepingInventory and control ingredients and receive sugarGenerate productivity and continuous improvement ideasDemonstrate KDP values of Team First, Deliver Big, Think Bold, Being Fearless and FairTotal Rewards:Pay starting at $27.43 per hour. Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
