Wound Program Specialist

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound Program Specialist to coordinate and enhance our wound care services across the system. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical expertise in assessment and treatment of acute and chronic wounds, support providers and bedside teams, and standardize evidence-based protocols. You will monitor quality metrics, conduct chart reviews, and lead performance improvement projects to optimize outcomes. The specialist will also educate staff and patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and leverage cutting-edge technology in an inclusive, growth-focused environment.
