Industrial Facilities Project Engineer — Crestview, FL

Compensation & benefits: $100,000–$140,000 base + full benefits package

Picture this: a production line is gearing up for a critical run. Systems hum, utilities are stable, and the floor is safe—because you engineered it that way. In this fully on-site role, you’ll take ownership of facilities reliability and projects that enable precision manufacturing. You’ll report to a seasoned on-site manager and work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations, maintenance, and engineering. If you’re strong in facilities, we’ll help you build environmental expertise with training and mentorship.

• Own reliability, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement for site infrastructure.
• Plan and execute facilities projects end-to-end using NX CAD —from design to handoff.
• Partner across teams to enhance safety, throughput, and energy performance.
• Grow into environmental responsibilities over time.
• Drive initiatives that boost efficiency, uptime, and sustainability metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years of hands-on facilities engineering experience.
• Depth in facilities systems; environmental knowledge is a bonus, not a barrier.
• Experience with NX CAD or the ability to come up to speed quickly.
• Independent, proactive problem solver who takes initiative.
