Position – Extrusion Production Team

Job Location – Cadott, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday through Friday)

Starting Pay –$19 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Plastic Extrusion experience (preferred, but not required), Production/Manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required)

As a Production Team Member, you will operate machinery, handle raw materials, and follow procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. This is a great opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

- Operate granulator and other machinery for processing materials.

- Read and interpret prints (part dimensions, fabrication specs, tolerances, and packaging requirements).

- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and check fixtures.

- Shut down, tear down, and clean equipment for the next production run.

- Organize and segregate materials for the reclaim process.

- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required

- Reliable with a strong attendance record

- Ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

- Experience reading a tape measure

- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
