We are seeking a detail-oriented project administrator who knows how to effectively capture the project plan/tasks, manage task completion, and update related documents which support overall program success. Ensure adherence to set timelines and frequently report on workstream progress. Organized and experienced with strong interpersonal skills.

Project Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented project administrator who knows how to effectively capture the project plan/tasks, manage task completion, and update related documents which support overall program success. Ensure adherence to set timelines and frequently report on workstream progress. Organized and experienced with strong interpersonal skills.
Project Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Program Manager and Workstream Leaders in all administrative functions and processes
- With Workstream Leaders, facilitate development of project plans and tasks, maintaining them from inception to completion
- Create timelines and advise teams on adherence to schedules
- Monitor all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward
- Prepare, organize, and distribute necessary project materials
- Attend project meetings and take notes
- Communicate pertinent information with Workstream Leaders and Team Members
- Support Workstream Leaders and Team Members
- Produce progress and status reports
- Foster positive and productive relationships
- Strong collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Extremely organized and focussed
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Propensity for multi-tasking
- Deadline driven
