We are currently seeking a Part-time Weekend Day Shift Discharge Planner to join our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) team at North Branch Correctional Institution located in Cumberland, Maryland.The SUD Program Discharge Planner is responsible for coordinating a patient's release from the substance use program upon release or leave to another facility.
