- Provider must be interested in working in a rural community .
- Position for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician .
- Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- IL license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice PREFERRED
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

- Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Notes - Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
