About This Role The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Night Shift in the Med-Surg Oncology Unit at Adventist Healthcare is responsible for ensuring quality clinical services, managing departmental operations, and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care. Highlights Pay: $41 - $61/hour Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift (7pm-7am) What You'll Do Assure the delivery of quality department/clinical services in accordance with established standards. Assist the Manager with overall operations, including department goals and budget management. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimum patient care. Promote cohesive work teams by supporting intra- and inter-disciplinary teamwork. Participate in the development of evidence-based standards of care. Report significant events affecting patient-centered care in a timely manner. Demonstrate positive customer service and foster employee relations. Execute all other duties as required.
