Real Estate Operations and Project Manager

The Keller Group is supporting our Scottsdale-based real estate client in their search for an Operations & Project Manager to support property operations, construction and development projects, and day-to-day company administration. This is an important role for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership of meaningful responsibilities that keep the company and its properties running smoothly. Competitive base compensation with significant bonus opportunities Four weeks of PTO+ paid holidays Additional benefits and opportunities for long-term growth Responsibilities: Coordinate construction and development projects, including bids, contractors, schedules, invoices, change orders and punch lists. Manage day-to-day property operations, including tenant communication, maintenance requests, repairs and vendor scheduling. Manage leases, renewals, notices, property records, contracts, insurance and other administrative needs. Obtain and compare vendor proposals, assist with pricing and scope negotiations and ensure projects stay on track. Review invoices and track project and property expenses while assisting with accounting and payroll. Support HR administration, employee onboarding, company documentation and special projects. Work closely with company leadership to address operational needs and improve processes and systems. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in property management, construction, real estate, operations, project coordination or a related field preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally with tenants, vendors, contractors and leadership. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Persistent and proactive with excellent follow-through. Comfortable learning new software and identifying opportunities to improve processes. Dependable, trustworthy and committed to producing high-quality work.
