We are actively hiring Outbound Sales Call Specialists / BDC Representatives at our Young Young Audi/Volkswagen of Layton location. If you’re a results-driven professional with a passion for customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the automotive industry.

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, call center-style environment, using technology to connect with customers, generate interest, and set appointments for our sales team. If you have strong communication skills and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote packages, special offers, and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
• Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, pricing, and service options

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
