Technical Business Analyst ETL / Ab Initio
Location: Milford, OH Onsite from day 1 Contract
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong ETL and Ab Initio experience to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will analyze data integration needs, define specifications, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders for successful ETL pipeline development and data transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and data requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed ETL specifications and data mappings.
- Work closely with ETL developers, especially using Ab Initio tools.
- Validate ETL jobs and perform data analysis and profiling.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and ensure solution quality and alignment with business goals.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst in data integration projects.
- Strong hands-on understanding of ETL processes and Ab Initio architecture.
- Experience in data mapping, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
