Regional General Manager - Home Improvement

Job Overview Regional General Manager – Northwest Region (Seattle and Portland markets). Lead growth, operations, and customer experience for Infinity Replacement by Marvin. Key Responsibilities Own full P&L responsibility for the region, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency Lead day-to-day market operations, aligning sales, installation, and project management teams Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve processes, leveraging performance data and KPIs Partner with corporate teams (finance, operations, marketing) on budgeting, forecasting, and strategy Ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience from sale through installation and service Resolve escalated customer or project issues with professionalism and urgency Build, coach, and lead high‑performing teams across sales, project management, and installation Allocate resources effectively to support timely, high‑quality project completion Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and job readiness (kitting and staging materials) Maintain compliance with all licensing, training, and installation standards Qualifications Proven leadership experience with ownership mindset and entrepreneurial drive Experience managing P&L, operations, and sales performance Background in construction, home improvement, or related industry strongly preferred Ability to lead cross‑functional teams including sales, contractors, and operations Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage complex customer situations Hands‑on sales experience is a plus Willingness to obtain required certifications (EPA Lead‑Safe, OSHA 10, etc.) Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Success Factors Owns outcomes and balances strategy with execution Energetic about building teams and scaling a market Leads with a customer‑first mindset and high standards for quality Benefits $300 annual wellbeing account to spend on what helps you feel happy and healthy Better Living Day – a paid day off to go have some fun Annual profit sharing that recognizes everyone’s contribution Volunteer opportunities through Giving at Marvin Brighter Days Fund – financial support during personal hardships Compensation $140,000 – $200,000 with a base salary and bonus opportunities.
