Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory management, logistics, and team supervision to ensure smooth distribution processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, maintain safety standards, and optimize warehouse performance to meet the needs of our growing business. Duties Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling. Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a high-performing team. Oversee inventory management systems such as AS400 and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal departments. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and promote a safe working environment through regular training. Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely for loading/unloading and materials handling as needed. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics operations. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, heavy lifting, and materials handling equipment. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as lean management. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, e-commerce logistics, and 3PL partnerships.
